Physical shareholders: provide your DP/Client ID and upload your CML report. We credit your rights-issue entitlement directly to your demat account.

Enter your folio number.
Enter any one certificate number you hold.
Enter the shareholder name as on the certificate.
DP/Client ID must be exactly 16 letters or digits.
Both DP/Client ID fields must match.

Client Master List from your DP. Required to verify your demat account.

Attach your CML report as a PDF under 2 MB.
